Snapping Triceps Syndrome E-Book

Got snapping triceps syndrome or ulnar nerve subluxation?
Is pain and snapping negatively affecting your life?
Are you afraid of expensive, invasive surgery?
Read about how I cured my injuries without surgery!

Let me tell you a quick story about my journey.

For years, I struggled to get stronger.
Injury after injury, I was left in the dust by my peers and was stuck in a rut.
I couldn’t dare touch a barbell without getting hurt.
I’m sure you can imagine how frustrating it is to be so young but feel so weak.

Luckily, after hours upon hours of studying injury prevention (and waiting just as long to heal),
I was able to finally get my body stronger. All those years of futility, finally past me.
Strength was finally mine again, until the dreaded snapping came out of nowhere.

I was “on the road again”, dealing with another injury.
Yet, I had no idea what I was going to be dealing with…

I did my best “researching” my injury. I finally discovered that I was experiencing
snapping triceps syndrome and ulnar nerve subluxation,
later confirmed by a prominent chiropractic physician who works with an NFL team.

These conditions are defined as the recurrent snapping of either
the triceps tendon or ulnar nerve over the medial epicondyle.

Little did I know, this was going to be one of the most stubborn injuries I’ve ever had to deal with.
Plus, it didn’t help that the only supposed fix was surgery.

Many of you are out there
who are dealing with what I experienced.
I feel your pain, literally.

The snapping, numbness, pain, and weakness… It is all too familiar for you and others,
who have snapping triceps syndrome and ulnar nerve subluxation.
Is it fair that you have this condition? Hell no!

You all are undeserving of an injury that seems to appear out of thin air, unprovoked.
Many of you just want to get back to doing what you were once able to do.
Snapping and pain should NOT hinder you from your hobby or your career.

Given that most doctors can only promise surgery as a permanent fix,
many of you find the “only solution” to be too invasive, risky, or expensive.
Yet, you do not know how you will get on in life
with persistent snapping and pain in your elbow.

This is the problem with these injuries. It is a Catch-22.
Either shell out an ungodly amount of money for a surgery
that may or may not work, or live with a disability for the rest of your life.

I decided this wasn’t going to be my fate.
I did everything I could have.
My snapping triceps syndrome and ulnar nerve subluxation
are nearly NON-EXISTENT because of my efforts.

My experiences led me to a SOLUTION for these injuries,
and I have jot down all of my thoughts
and actions regarding my own treatment.
I spent quite some time turning these notes into a book.
And that book is finally available.

Many people have asked me what I did to get where I am today,
and that is why I decided to write and publish this e-book.
I want those out there who are suffering to know that there is hope.

Is there a catch? Healing an injury surely isn’t that easy…

I must admit that I am NOT a medical professional.
I have experience as a strength coach and with training around injuries.
My e-book was NOT written to be medical advice.
Simply, it is a retelling of my experiences with healing this injury,
as well as a discussion of elbow/arm anatomy
and my theories as to WHY such an injury came out of nowhere.

Living in a free country, it was my choice to “self-treat”
using conservative methods while avoiding surgery.
I do not condone self-diagnosis or self-treatment
(and if you are in pain, PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR).

However, many people were interested in my story.
Thus, I decided to create the “Snapping Elbows” E-Book.
What people decide to do with this information is up to them.
To reiterate: the information in this book IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
